What you’ll do:
Every day will bring new opportunities to showcase your skills! You’ll review and ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time, resolve billing discrepancies easily, and support financial audits. You’ll also assist with weekly expense reports and collaborate with various departments to keep accounts payable data running smoothly. From managing payments to tackling clerical tasks, you’ll be key in keeping our financial operations efficient and effective.
You need:
- Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Minimum 1-year certificate from college or technical school
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills
- Experience with accounting processing software (Costpoint preferred), internet browsers, MS Office
- Exemplary time management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
