You need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10 years' management experience.
- Exemplary written and oral communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute.
- Experience managing large budgets and overseeing a team of 10+.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the desire to build lasting relationships internally and with retail partners.
- Travel required.
- Demonstrated experience and success in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, organize and summarize complex financial information.
- Demonstrated ability to take a leadership role in building a solid foundation for future growth.
