New Anchorage ID Check Law

We want to inform you about a new ID check law in Anchorage, which takes effect on March 1, 2025. This law requires that restaurants, bars, and breweries must now check the ID of every customer who wishes to purchase alcoholic beverages, regardless of their apparent age.
