Bridging the Gap: Understanding Veterans' Needs and Preferences Survey

In partnership with the Alaska Humanities Forum, AEDC is working to support our local veterans by connecting them with civilian career opportunities. As suggested in the Choose Anchorage plan, AEDC is conducting a thorough inventory to better connect with transitioning service members and spouses with the ultimate goal of retaining their families in Anchorage. 

Veterans’ input will help us understand job trends and veterans' needs, allowing us to offer tailored support services. Please share this report with the military community to assist with our mission to help veterans reintegrate into the workforce and access necessary services.
