Residential Mortgage, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northrim Bank. Established in 1998, we started out with 30 employees and two branch offices, today we have 125 people and 12 branch office locations to serve your needs.

We have some of the most experienced mortgage professionals in Alaska, many with more than 20 years serving Alaska homeowners. This experience, combined with a dedication to providing the highest level of customer service, has been the formula for our success.

Our mission is to find the mortgage that best fits our clients’ needs. Since our inception, we’ve provided close to 70,000 loans to Alaskans, including Conventional loans to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans, Rural Development loans, HUD 184 loans for Alaska Natives and American Indians, Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) loans, and Veterans Administration (VA) loans.

We take great pride in serving our veterans, and as one of the largest originators of VA loans in Alaska, we are honored that many of our employees are veterans or military family members.
