Director of Operations [Restaurants] – Multi-Unit / Multi-Concept Manager
Location: Anchorage, Alaska (Relocation Required)

We’re hiring a Director of Operations to lead and support the success of several casual and fast-casual dining restaurants in Anchorage, Alaska. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with multi-unit management experience, strong financial acumen, and a passion for developing people and driving results. We are expanding our existing concepts [Red Robin Gourmet Burgers / Jersey Mike’s] and adding new concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and support General Managers and Assistant Managers across multiple restaurant locations.
- Promote a positive team culture focused on accountability, pride, and high performance.
- Conduct regular on-site evaluations to maintain service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.
- Review and analyze operational performance metrics; identify areas for improvement.
- Manage restaurant budgets and control costs to meet or exceed profitability goals.
- Oversee hiring, training, and development of management teams to ensure long-term success.
- Lead the execution of local marketing strategies and community outreach efforts.
- Provide operational oversight for additional company-owned hospitality concepts.
- Minimum 3 years of multi-unit management experience in casual or fast casual dining.
- Strong experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Proven track record in managing budgets, labor, food costs, and overall restaurant profitability.
- Experience improving kitchen throughput and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to Anchorage, Alaska. [A GREAT place to live!]
