Event Description:
Join the Anchorage Chamber's YPG to volunteer in Habitat for Humanity Anchorage's "Make-It Classroom." Just drop in anytime between 6 pm and 7:30 pm for upcycling projects, wine tasting, and a fun evening that will contribute to Habitat's mission of affordable housing.
Location: 1200 W. Northern Lights, inside of the Habitat ReStore
Volunteers can choose from a variety of projects and activities to help out the classroom, including:

Volunteers can choose from a variety of projects and activities to help out the classroom, including:
- Giving furniture and housewares a facelift with paint and découpage
- Assembling upcycled items with glue, hardware, etc., such as key racks
- Sorting and organizing hardware and materials
- Arranging items in the ReStore's windows and other displays
- Tidying and organizing at the ReStore
Our goal is to get creative and have fun, so there will be a project for everyone's level of interest and ability. We hope to see you there!
