Visit Anchorage welcomes the Alaska Federation of Natives as they discuss the upcoming AFN Convention, "Celebrating our Unity." The AFN Convention is returning to Anchorage to meet in-person for the first time in two years. The event will take place October 20-22 at the Dena'ina Civic and Convention Center.
AFN is the largest statewide Native organization in Alaska, representing more than 140,000 Native peoples – about one out of every five Alaskans. There are many ways to engage. Many AFN Convention sessions are open to the public, Quyana has expanded to two evenings of performances, and the Alaska Native Customary Art Fair is set to be among the largest ever. Find out how you or your business can get involved to welcome the convention back to Anchorage.
