One of Sightline’s core issue areas is housing policy aimed at creating compact, equitable, efficient urban neighborhoods.

Alan Durning, Sightline’s Founder and Executive Director, will discuss Seattle’s bold affordable housing plan: the Housing Affordability and Livability Agenda. Dan Bertolet, Sightline’s Senior Researcher on Housing and Urbanism, will discuss a Seattle case study of how red tape and permitting delays affect housing supply and affordability.
