Welcome to the September 2023 Klatt Estate Auction hosted by Alaska Premier Auctions & Appraisals! Our newest estate auction contains nearly 200 lots loaded with treasures for your bidding consideration. Highlights include two vehicles, an Ender-5 3D printer, modern and vintage electronics, power tools, furniture, arts and crafts supplies and more! AUCTION CLOSING: This auction opened for bidding on September 5th and will begin closing on Tuesday, September 12th at 6:00 pm AKST. This auction features a soft close of 3 lots per minute, if a bid is placed in the final minute that lot will be extended an additional 60 seconds until no other bids are placed and the lot is sold. PREVIEW: There will be no previews of items at the residence. Additional condition reports in the form of descriptions, videos or photos can be provided upon request, please email Shawna@AlaskaPremierAuctions.com at least 48 hours prior to the auction close with inquiries. LOCAL PICK-UP LOCATION: All inventory will be picked up from the estate in South Anchorage off of Klatt Rd. The address will be released only to winning bidders at the top of your invoice after the auction. Transportation fees to our warehouse facility start at $100 per piece of furniture and $35 for a 27-gallon tote. Items may be assessed on a per-item or per-invoice basis. LOCAL PICK-UP TIMES: TWO DAYS ONLY: 10am - 5:30 pm on Wednesday, September 13th and Thursday, September 14th.
