The makeup of the ‘High North’ 2024 Overseas Staff Tour comprises of 20 personnel identified as future strategic leaders in defence and security from the UK, Cyprus, Israel, Kenya, Kuwait, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka and Yemen. They will be accompanied by the UK’s Defence Attaché to Washington – Rear Admiral Tim Woods CBE and two members of his staff.
