This auction features a soft close of 3 lots per minute, if a bid is placed in the final minute that lot will be extended an additional 60 seconds until no other bids are placed and the lot is sold. PREVIEW: Limited in-person previews are available by appointment only for jewelry, firearms, and other small items located at our warehouse facility; 1310 W. Int'l Airport Rd, Anchorage, AK 99518. There will be no previews of items at the residence. Additional condition reports in the form of descriptions, videos or photos can be provided upon request, please email Admin@AlaskaPremierAuctions.com at least 48 hours prior to the auction close with inquiries. LOCAL PICK-UP LOCATION: All inventory aside from firearms will be picked up from a private residence near Spenard Rd and Lois Drive in Anchorage, AK. The address will be released only to winning bidders at the top of your invoice after the auction. Firearms pick-ups and background checks may be done at our warehouse facility at 1310 West Int'l Airport Road, Anchorage, AK 99518 or any other authorized Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Transportation fees to our warehouse facility start at $100 per piece of furniture and $35 for a 27-gallon tote. Items may be assessed on a per-item or per-invoice basis.
