This program covers the 5 different types of violence that can show up in a work environment and the 4 Stages of Violence. With the 4 Stages, symptoms are given for each level of violence with recommendations for things to do and things to say at each level. With the ever increasing incident rate for violence in the workplace, employers need to understand the exposure and devise plans for prevention.
