AUGUST 1ST! MONDAY FORUMS ARE GOING DIGITAL
All punch card reservations, tickets that come with membership tiers, and door prize redemptions are available for pre-registration only, and will not be accepted at the door. Walk-ins are not guaranteed entry. Pre-registration is required by 5 pm the Thursday prior.
All purchased punch cards will be digitized and available to "punch" online during registration by selecting the Digital Punch Card Reservation option at checkout. If you have available punches, a drop-down list will appear. Select MIM Punch Card Reservation and continue with your registration.
Door prize winners will be selected at random from the pre-registration list. Business cards will no longer be collected at the door.

Registration is due by 5 pm the Thursday prior, but please RSVP at your earliest convenience. A $2 fee will be added to all walk-in registrations, and available seating is not guaranteed.

Table Reservation (Seats 8): $230 Members / $280 Non-Members
Coffee-Only Reservation: $13 Members / $15 Non-Members
Punch Card (10 lunches): $330 Members-Only
Students: $15 w/ID
CANCELLATION NOTE: For a full refund, registration must be canceled by 5 pm the Thursday prior. No refunds will be given after this date. If you do not arrive by 12:00 pm, your seat will be forfeited. All registrations are transferable to another person upon your request.
