Jennifer M. Booz is the Executive Director of the Anchorage Equal Rights Commission, where she leads efforts to analyze complaints, direct investigations, and resolve disputes related to equal rights. With a robust background in promoting fairness, justice, and representation, Jennifer has held significant roles such as Chief Diversity Officer at the University of Alaska, Anchorage, and Director of Diversity & Inclusion at The University of Toledo, OH.

Her extensive experience includes developing strategic plans for fairness and representation, creating and assessing workshops, and fostering community relationships. Jennifer's academic credentials include a Certificate in Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and advanced studies in Higher Education from The University of Toledo, OH. She also holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from The University of Texas, El Paso, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.

Jennifer is recognized for her leadership in various community and professional organizations, including serving on committees and boards focused on representation and justice. She has presented at numerous national and international conferences on topics such as cultural equity, shared leadership, and social justice. Her commitment to fostering inclusive environments and her strategic approach to promoting fairness and representation make her a sought-after speaker and leader in the field.
