With a robust background in promoting fairness, justice, and representation, Jennifer has held significant roles such as Chief Diversity Officer at the University of Alaska, Anchorage, and Director of Diversity & Inclusion at The University of Toledo, OH.
Her extensive experience includes developing strategic plans for fairness and representation, creating and assessing workshops, and fostering community relationships. Jennifer's academic credentials include a Certificate in Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and advanced studies in Higher Education from The University of Toledo, OH. She also holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from The University of Texas, El Paso, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
