Join the Alaska Black Caucus for an inspiring celebration of Black excellence, leadership, and community impact at the Ebony Aurora Awards and 4th Annual "Make It Monday" Forum in honor of Juneteenth.

The Ebony Aurora Awards recognize outstanding individuals whose dedication to service, advocacy, leadership, excellence, and positive change have strengthened the Anchorage community and created opportunities for future generations.

About Keynote Speaker:

We are honored to welcome Fox Rich as our keynote speaker. An acclaimed filmmaker, storyteller, and social justice advocate, Fox Rich is best known for her powerful documentary TIME, recognized by The Hollywood Reporter as one of the 50 Best Films of the 21st Century. 

Fox Rich is renowned for her compelling storytelling and dedication to social justice. Award winner of the 2024 Essence Film Festival Jury Award, 2024 Winner of the Baltimore International Black Film Festival, Officially Selected as Martha's Vineyard African American Film Festival Award and the Oak Park Black Film Festival. "To be free is to free others." Join us as her message of resilience, hope, and transformation will inspire attendees as we celebrate community leaders and support pathways to success for those rebuilding their lives after incarceration.

Registration is due by 5 pm the Thursday prior, but please RSVP at your earliest convenience. A $2 fee will be added to all walk-in registrations, and available seating is not guaranteed.

  • General Admission +  Lunch: $35 Members / $40 Non-Members
  • Table Reservation (Seats 8):  $230 Members / $280 Non-Members
  • Coffee-Only Reservation: $13 Members / $15 Non-Members
  • Punch Card (10 lunches): $330 Members-Only

CANCELLATION NOTE: For a full refund, registration must be canceled by 5 pm the Thursday prior. No refunds will be given after this date. If you do not arrive by 12:00 pm, your seat will be forfeited. All registrations are transferable to another person upon your request.
