In today's tight housing market, hear about the new home opportunities being built in Anchorage. This "Make it Monday" forum will cover the latest updates in Holtan Hills, what Spinell Homes is planning in 2026, and a look into Eklutna Inc's residential development in Eagle River.

  • Coffee-Only Reservation: $13 Members / $15 Non-Members
  • Punch Card (10 lunches): $330 Members-Only

CANCELLATION NOTE: For a full refund, registration must be canceled by 5 pm the Thursday prior. No refunds will be given after this date. If you do not arrive by 12:00 pm, your seat will be forfeited. All registrations are transferable to another person upon your request.
