Davyn Williams, Assistant Attorney General
Davyn Williams has been an Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Unit of the Alaska Attorney General’s Office since 2008. Davyn is a lifelong Alaskan, and graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage and the University of Montana School of Law. She is an active member of the Alaska Bar Association, and is a former board member of the National Association of State Charity Officials.
Kristy Naylor, Chief of Enforcement, Division of Banking and Securities
Kristy Naylor is the Enforcement and Securities Chief with the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, Division of Banking and Securities (DBS). Ms. Naylor joined DBS as a Securities Examiner in 2012 and has held her current position since 2014. She previously worked for the State of Oregon as an Administrative Law Judge and as Staff Attorney with the Oregon Law Commission. Ms. Naylor holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Portland and a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law. She is currently an inactive member of the Oregon bar.
Michelle Tabler, Alaska Regional Manager, BBB
Michelle Tabler has been the Alaska Regional Manager for Better Business Bureau for 4 years. Michelle grew up in Anchorage, obtained her Political Science degree from the University of Santa Clara, and returned home to start her career. Michelle has more than 30 years' experience in insurance, business development and research-based consulting on a wide range of Alaska projects. On behalf of BBB, Michelle is working throughout Alaska to build relationships with business owners, community organizations and consumers.
