Explore the critical challenges facing the early childhood education sector, including high costs for families and the shortage of a qualified workforce. Local experts will discuss how these issues developed and identify strategies to improve access and outcomes for children. The discussion will also highlight the essential roles that employers, community partners, and innovative models like cooperatives play in building a sustainable future for childcare.

CANCELLATION NOTE: For a full refund, registration must be canceled by 5 pm the Thursday prior. No refunds will be given after this date. If you do not arrive by 12:00 pm, your seat will be forfeited. All registrations are transferable to another person upon your request.
