This presentation introduces Shiloh’s Community Resource Center (CRC), a community-based hub designed to support individuals and families as they move toward stability, opportunity, and long-term success. Our mission is clear: prevent homelessness before it begins, eliminate barriers, provide practical and coordinated support, and help families build stronger, more secure futures all in one accessible location, a “one-stop-shop for services”.
We recognize that challenges related to housing, childcare, employment, health, and finances are deeply interconnected. When one area becomes unstable, it impacts every aspect of a family’s well-being. The CRC is designed as a one-stop hub that brings essential services under one roof, making it easier for community members to access the comprehensive support they need in a welcoming and supportive environment.
The CRC is being developed to remove obstacles, restore stability, and create meaningful pathways forward for families in our community. However, this vision cannot be realized by SCHI alone.
It will require the partnership of businesses, service providers, educators, healthcare professionals, investors, volunteers, and community leaders who are ready to move beyond discussion and into action.
This presentation is more than an introduction; it is an invitation. We are asking you to partner with us in building lasting change for the families we serve.
PLUS, a new member presentation from Alaska Resource Education.
