Join Chef Clark for a trip back to culinary school! Chef will explain and demonstrate the 11 primary kitchen knife skills (Julienne, Brunoise, Batonnet, Small Dice, Medium Dice, Large Dice, Baton, Chiffonade, Chop, Mince and Tourne)while we work alongside practicing our own. Once we are done learning knife skills that would even make Gordon Ramsay proud, we will create a delicious salad using our new technical skills.
