To help you re-establish trust following a fraud incident, the AARP Fraud Watch Network and Volunteers of America (VOA) have created a new and free program called VOA | ReST. The program stands for resilience, strength and time and is designed to address the emotional impact of your experience in dealing with fraud. VOA | ReST offers free facilitated peer-discussion groups that seek to provide emotional support for you and others in similar situations.
