This auction opened for pre-bidding on Thursday, March 16th and will close on Thursday, March 23rd at 6 pm AKDT for online bidding. Storage unit owners are granted the ability to pay off their units up until 48 hours before the close of the auction. The Auctioneer reserves the right to remove units accordingly until that deadline. LOCATION: All inventory is located within storage units at the Arctic Storage Unit facility at the Foothills location at 7801 E 36th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99504. PICK UP: a. Pick-up times will be Friday, March 24th and Saturday, March 25th from 10:00am-5:00pm. b. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED ON THE DEDICATED PICKUP DAYS OR YOU MUST SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THE STORAGE COMPANY. WINNER MUST TAKE ALL; ANY ITEMS NOT REMOVED WILL BE SUBJECT TO DISPOSAL FEES AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE. BUYERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE DUMPSTERS ON SITE. NO EXCEPTIONS. In the event firearms are clearly visible when opening a unit for sale, they will be removed from that unit and sold separately, with a background check required to complete purchase. In the event illegal contents are found as clearly visible when opening a unit, sale of that unit will be canceled and the matter turned over to the appropriate legal authorities. In the event personal artifacts (family photos, financial documents, etc.) are discovered by a winning bidder following the sale of a unit, we would ask that you turn them over to the manager of the storage facility. PREVIEW: In-person previews of the units will not be offered. Please refer to the photography, videography , and text description of each unit.
