Join the Anchorage Chamber Diversity Committee next week for a meaningful conversation on managing stress and prioritizing wellness in our daily lives.
April is recognized as National Stress Awareness Month to bring attention to the negative impact of stress. Managing stress is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle. Knowing how to manage stress can improve mental and physical well-being as well as minimize exacerbation of health-related issues.
Join us for conversation on wellness and managing the stress within our lives with Frontier Health and Wellness LLC. FHW's philosophy is create an environment where providers see and treat the whole individual, not just mental health, but physical and emotional health as well.

We’re honored to welcome a guest presenter from Frontier Health and Wellness, LLC, a team dedicated to caring for the whole individual mental, physical, and emotional health. The diversity committee's mission is to better serve and advocate for the business community by becoming a more open, inclusive, and diverse organization reflective of the make-up of Anchorage. To accomplish this we envision a board that reflects the demographics of our city and a growing membership of businesses representing the diversity of our business owners and entrepreneurs.
