AUCTION CLOSING: This auction opened for bidding on March 10th and will begin closing at 6:00 pm AKST on Monday, March 20th. This auction features a soft close of 3 lots per minute, if a bid is placed in the final minute that lot will be extended an additional 60 seconds until no other bids are placed and the lot is sold. PREVIEW: Limited in-person previews are available by appointment only for jewelry, and select other small items located at our warehouse facility; 1310 W. Int'l Airport Rd, Anchorage, AK 99518. There will be no previews of items at the residence. Additional condition reports in the form of descriptions, videos or photos can be provided upon request, please email Admin@AlaskaPremierAuctions.com at least 48 hours prior to the auction close with inquiries. LOCAL PICK-UP LOCATION: All inventory will be picked up from the estate in South Anchorage off of De Armoun Rd. The address will be released only to winning bidders at the top of your invoice after the auction. Transportation fees to our warehouse facility start at $100 per piece of furniture and $35 for a 27-gallon tote. Items may be assessed on a per-item or per-invoice basis.
