Anchorage's "Cirque de Hanukkah" City Wide Family Festival, Featuring "The Chicago Boyz" Acrobatic Team as seen on America's Got Talent! The Alaska Jewish Campus & Museum are hosting “Cirque de Hanukkah” citywide family festival at the Egan Convention Center. The event will feature an incredible acrobatic display by the amazing “Chicago Boyz” Acrobatic Team as shown on “America’s Got Talent”, in an Alaskan show dubbed “The Chicago Macrobats”. The Great Hanukkah Family Festival will include fun and hands-on activities for all ages: Candle Making Factory, create and eat Tie Dye Dreidel Waffles, Build a Fidget Dreidel Workshop, & workshops! Kids will have a blast with the Multi-player Meltdown Hanukkah Spinning Game, Dreidel Bounce-House and Crafts for Toddlers and Preschoolers. Anchorage's "Cirque de Hanukkah" Family Festival will host Chicago Chef, bringing to Anchorage a delicious Hanukkah cuisine: sizzling fresh shawarma, heavenly latkes, delicious falafel, pita, hummus, tahini, Israeli salad, and all the trimmings! Don't forget hot jelly doughnuts! Plus, new for this year: Simple and yummy kids menu for the young picky eaters! In the tradition of the classic Fur Rondy ice sculpting events, an Alaskan artist will carve a giant Menorah from a large block of ice during this magical evening in which we bring the warmth of Hanukkah to the Alaskan winter. Other highlights of the event include a Giant Dreidel Piñata, and Judaica Gift Shop and Collectibles.
