Companies from all industries can benefit from a diverse workforce, a truly diverse workforce that embraces people of all abilities. Hiring an individual with a disability with support from organizations like The Arc of Anchorage can increase your labor pool and provides a mutually beneficial employment situation for both the company and the employee.

Danny Parish, director of the Supported Employment Services program at The Arc of Anchorage, has over 30 years of experience working with Alaskans who experience disabilities and specializes in connecting Anchorage businesses with prospective employees who experience disabilities. Danny will share information, as well as address myths and facts about employing individuals with disabilities.
