SPEAKERS: Adam Cook and Kristi Garrett of Birch Horton Bittner & Cherot

A look at recent developments in Alaska law that affect Anchorage businesses, in areas such as employment, construction, real estate, lending, and insurance. The program will be divided into two parts: (1) trends in construction law and government contracting, and (2) trends in lending and real estate. This program will be of particular benefit to members interested in the legal challenges presented by doing business in Anchorage.
