A walk through the step by step, start to finish, the process of purchasing a home, including an in-depth exposition of a standard Purchase and Sale Agreement, customarily used in Anchorage.

Renea Miller, CRS has been in the real estate business since 1992. She got her start on the title sie after earling a paralegal degree. Renea moved to foreclosures and short sales after the bubble burst, while living in Florida, one of the hardest hit states. After marrying her husband in 2014, she moved to Alaska where she continued her real estate business. Shortly after arriving, Renea obtained her broker's license, and in March of 2017, earned the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), the highest designation a Realtor can earn. Renea loves selling real estate and puts customer service first. She has helped many buyers find homes, whether they are first-time home buyers, experienced buyers, or investors. She guides buyers through their search as if it were her very own home purchase. This is, most likely, the largest asset they will purchase, so it's very important to get it right. Renea has helped many sellers, even in distressed situations. She looks at the market and guides sellers through the marketing strategy, including pricing and exposure, all the way to closing.
