Jessica Graham is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Global Federal Credit Union. In this capacity, Graham is the senior executive responsible for enterprise risk management, information management, corporate strategy, government relations, legal affairs, consumer compliance, vendor management, and BSA/AML. Global is one of the largest credit unions in the country, with assets of $13 billion, over 2,000 employees, and over 765,000 members across the country.
Prior to joining Global, Graham was EVP & General Counsel of Koniag, Inc., the regional Alaska Native Corporation for the Kodiak region, where she was the senior executive responsible for legal affairs, corporate governance, compliance, risk management, human resources, information technology, and internal audit. Prior to Koniag, Jessica was the Deputy General Counsel and Vice President for State Government Affairs at GCI, and EVP & General Counsel at Afognak Native Corporation. Graham began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Sidney R. Thomas, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and then spent time in private practice at Kirkland & Ellis in Washington, DC, and Perkins Coie in Anchorage. She is a graduate of the Duke University School of Law.
Graham is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Alaska Community Foundation. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Planned Parenthood Alliance Advocates. She is a past President of the Board of Governors of the Alaska Bar Association and previously served on the boards of Girl Scouts of Alaska, Girdwood 2020, the Anchorage Association of Women Lawyers, and the Board of Ethics for the Municipality of Anchorage.
She and her husband Jason have three children ages 23, 21, and 19, a Golden Retriever and a Newfoundland.
