Session Description:
A positive work atmosphere is conducive to getting great results. This presentation looks at the relationship of Emotional Intelligence, Optimism, and Happiness at work as they relate to productivity.
Attendees will leave with a new appreciation for the value of having fun at work and with some useful tools for developing and maintaining a positive outlook on life.
 
Session Objectives:
After completing this session participants will be able to:
·        Explain the benefits of a positive work environment as it relates to productivity
·        Apply a proven approach to improving their own positivity and optimism
·        Share the insights they have gained to assist in creating a more positive work environment
