AEDC CEDS Workforce Attraction & Retention Focus Group

AEDC Wants to invite you to a special Focus Group session surrounding Workforce Attraction & Retention in Anchorage.

This focus group is intended to determine the current status of Workforce Attraction & Retention within Anchorage from an economic development perspective. The group will focus on workforce development programs, attraction and retention incentives, comparisons to other communities, and more. We’ll conduct a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis, set action items from identified opportunities, and determine a goal for this focus area set 5 years from now.
