The Anchorage Chamber's final debate series of 2013 will be a discussion on the fiscal future of Alaska and the maximum sustainable yield (MSY) proposal.
Scott Goldsmith, UAA economist, and Brad Keithley, president of Keithley Consulting, LLC, will argue that MSY is the best solution.
Jonathan King with Northern Economics and Andrew Halcro with the Anchorage Chamber will argue it is not.
This debate will be moderated by UAA Seawolf debate director Steve Johnson.
